Someone in the Boiler Room asked what would happen if the ink was carbonated. Bubblz is what happened. His head is a permanent fizz of bubbles that pop at the worst possible moments — usually while he's standing directly behind you in complete silence. The factory once tried to ship him out in collectible packaging as 'BUBBLZ-99'. He escaped the box, kept the box, and now lives in the box.
