The File
Dice fell into the spill as an ordinary oversized novelty die and crawled out as something the vat improvised — a one-eyed, permanently dripping cube-that-isn't, with a single green void of an eye that never blinks and two horns he won't explain. He runs games of chance in the Sewers, and he cannot lose, because he decides what number he lands on — a fact he discloses to every player up front and which has somehow never stopped anyone. His winnings fund the Spill Four's operations and at least one of Hex's cursed inventory runs. He doesn't follow the odds. He drips different.
