The File
Neon Alley technically closes. Strobe has never accepted this. She was there when the last sign got unplugged one night, visor glowing in the dark like a vending machine with opinions, and simply started the next party in the doorway of the first. The crew tracks her the way sailors track weather — by glow on the horizon. She and Taffy operate a candy-based economy of unclear rules and total liquidity, and when the figure line launched, Strobe demanded to be included, then demanded her unit ship with real candy, then won both arguments. Rattle the box. That's her.
